"Seriously, I would dine at this place more often if they accepted card payments. Arranging dining at this place is more convoluted than somewhere in Paris using the French language. Book a table by phone, but good luck if someone answers. No online bookings that I can find. So if you manage a booking, stop by an ATM before turning up otherwise you will get a surprise when the bill comes and you will be walking to the Tesco Express to get cash out. The food is good, classic French. It is nice to sit outside on one of the mild sunny days. Service is reasonably attentive. I suggest turning up to make a booking, keeping the weather forecast in the short-term in mind. Plan to take out cash from the ATM and go with the flow."

"This wonderful little bistro is to be found up a side street in Rottingdean. My wife and I dropped in for lunch. Coincidentally we both chose the same dishes, the crayfish and avocado to start with the crépè rustic for the main, both were excellent."

"Small independent restaurant just off Rottingdean High street that is serving up incredible food. The man behind it all is Franck, who handles cooking a very sizeable menu by himself and it’s a seriously impressive thing to experience. All the food was incredible value for money and delicious (the garlic bread may be the best we’ve ever tasted) You have to visit this place whenever you can !"
